GLOBAL E-TAILER HIGH-RISE BUILDING, PHASE I

The project, fast-tracked, encompassed the interior strip-out of all finishes, including walls, flooring, and ceilings. Significant floor prep/float removal and ceiling nit-pick for the pre-manufactured ceiling system.

The project covered a substantial area of 80,000 SF, on the 30th through 34th floors.

Recycling Summary: 141 tons of waste diverted from landfill

Unique Challenges: The project encountered distinctive hurdles, such as a tight schedule and limited load-out hours. To meet the owner's tight timeline, our team worked nonstop for 28 days to remove four entire floors. Moreover, due to strict building rules, we had only three to four hours per shift for debris removal, requiring extensive coordination to optimize weekend load-out times.
