Interior, exterior and select structural demolition. WB performed select/enabling demolition to allow the GC to keep 85% of the gaming floor operational during construction of the expansion space. Once the new space had been “weathered in”, WB returned to remove a structural steel, formerly exterior wall with associated slabs, footings, and foundations.

Unique Challenges: This complicated and multi-phased project required TERO compliance and highlighted our ability to pivot our schedule based on the needs of the GC. We battled the elements to make sure the project came in on time and under budget. Performing structural demolition and saw cutting around an active operation entails the highest level of safety challenges, while working in a way that allows the business to remain open to their customer base.
