Unique Challenges: This was our first experience working on and managing a project within the Spokane city limits. Consequently, we encountered the challenge of establishing new relationships and trust with city and county staff, as well as with the general contractor's team and various trades staff. We also had to thoroughly understand and adhere to county and city regulations, strategize the best routes and times for material transportation, among other tasks. Despite numerous obstacles, our crew demonstrated exceptional diligence, resulting in the project being completed within budget and ahead of schedule.
